Kenneth Rapuano nominated as Defense Department Assistant Secretary, Homeland Defense and Global Security

March 17, 2017: Kenneth P. Rapuano was nominated as the Assistant Secretary for Homeland Defense and Global Security at the U.S. Department of Defense yesterday, March 16, 2017. Rapuano is currently the senior vice president and director of the studies and analysis group at the ANSER Corporation. He previously led the Homeland Security Studies and Analysis Institute. Rapuano was previously the Deputy Homeland Security Adviser at the White House from 2004 to 2006, and he held several posts at the U.S. Departments of Energy and Defense.
