Scott Garrett nominated as President, U.S. Export-Import Bank

April 18, 2017: Scott Garrett was nominated on Friday, April 14, 2017, as the President of the U.S. Export-Import Bank for a four-term that ends on Jan. 20, 2021. Garrett was previously a U.S. House Representative from 2003 to 2015. Before that, Garrett was a New Jersey State Representative from 1992 to 2003. He received his law degree from the Rutgers Law School.
