Shandowlyon Hendricks-Williams appointed as Milwaukee Director, Wisconsin Governor's Office Milwaukee Office

May 14, 2019: Shandowlyon Hendricks-Williams was appointed as the Milwaukee Director at the Wisconsin Governor’s Office Milwaukee Office by Gov. Tony Evers on Wednesday, May 1, 2019. A resident of the Thurston Woods neighborhood in Milwaukee, Hendricks-Williams is a graduate of Custer High School, the Milwaukee Area Technical College, Springfield College and Cardinal Stritch University, and she received her doctorate degree from National Louis University. Most recently, she worked as the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction Director of Wisconsin Education Opportunity Programs. Hendricks-Williams has twenty-five years of experience in public, private, charter, and higher education. She is involved with the Rotary Club of Milwaukee and Project Hope Inc.
