Washington County, Md., EMS Coordinator dies at 51from injuries received in car crash

June 29, 2012: Brigitte Heller, the Washington County, Md., Emergency Medical Services Coordinator, died yesterday morning, Thursday, June 28, 2012, at the R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Medical Center in Baltimore, a hospital Spokesman said, according to The Hagerstown Herald-Mail. She was 51. Heller was injured on Thursday, June 14, 2012, in a traffic accident on U.S. 50 near Easton, Maryland. The Easton Police Department said the accident occurred about 7:30 a.m. June 14, when a 2006 BMW 750Li being driven by a 17-year-old boy went left of center and struck the 2000 Nissan Xterra that Heller was driving.
