OCC appoints Deputy Comptroller, Thrift Supervision
July 20, 2012: The U.S. Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) announced on Tuesday, July 17, 2012, that Donna Deale has been named the Deputy Comptroller for Thrift Supervision. Deale started her regulatory career with the Federal Home Loan Bank Board in 1986, and transferred to the Office of Thrift Supervision (OTS) when it was created in 1989. Her most recent position at the OTS was Director of Holding Companies and International Activities. Before that, she was the Assistant Managing Director for Examinations and Supervision. OCC is a division of the U.S. Department of the Treasury.
